March 2010 Issue of North Carolina Law Review Highlights Papers from “Looking to the Future” Conference
April 26, 2010
The March 2010 issue of the North Carolina Law Review highlights scholarly articles first presented as draft papers at the April 2, 2009 conference, “Looking to the Future: Legal and Policy Options for Racially Integrated Education in the South and the Nation,” organized by the UCLA Civil Rights Project and the UNC School of Law. The conference took place at UNC Chapel Hill.
The articles analyze the legal and policy repercussions of the 2007 United States Supreme Court decision, Parents Involved in Community Schools v. Seattle School District No. 1, and the introduction places them in a broader context.
