Graduate Student Researcher
Jenn Ayscue is a doctoral candidate in the Urban Schooling Division at UCLA’s Graduate School of Education and Information Studies. Her research interests focus on desegregation in K-12 schools and the role of policy in shaping students’ access to diverse learning environments and equitable educational opportunities. Before attending UCLA, Ayscue earned an M.A. in Social Sciences in Education from Stanford University and a B.A. in Elementary Education from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She taught elementary school in East Palo Alto, California and Charlotte, North Carolina.
